Dayna Weiss began her construction career with Bob Parrett Construction in Los Angeles, California in 1992. In 1998 she became responsible for expanding the company's successful operations to Texas and opened an office in Richardson. Her responsibilities included office management and hiring project teams as new client projects were awarded. In 2002 Dayna and Jay Weiss acquired Bob Parrett's Texas operation and changed the company's name to Weiss Contractors. Dayna Weiss' corporate vision as a co-founder of Weiss Contractors is to build facilities and infrastructures that not only meet a client's needs, but exceed the client's expectations by delivering uncompromising quality at an affordable price.

Dayna credits the rapid growth of Weiss Contractors to the company's team members, the company's dedication to serving its clients well with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and great pride in workmanship. The firm has completed interior finishes for a range of clients including Mary Kay Cosmetics, Raytheon and L3 Communications.
