 David Moncada joined Weiss Contractors in August of 2005 as a project manager. He is responsible for job planning and coordinating including cost estimating and staffing. As a hands-on project manager he also ensures that each of the projects under his supervision is being constructed according to plans and specifications.
From 1999 to 2005 Moncada served as an operations manager with Southern Star Concrete in Irving, Texas.
He was responsible for the overall production and operation of two facilities including financial management, employment, inventory, quality and safety control.
Moncada earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2002.
